Requirements & Important Information
- Please read the Mainstage Information if you are considering submitting your production for adjudication. The Link is provided below under Forms.
- Festival Attendance Requirement: You, the troupe director must have attended the Arizona Thespian Festival at least once before applying to have a production adjudicated.
- Application Deadline: The Mainstage adjudication application must be submitted at least two weeks before your planned performance dates. Applications submitted less than two weeks in advance may not allow enough time to arrange for adjudicators.
- Adjudication Fee: Please add the $250 non-refundable adjudication fee to your registration through the Arizona Thespian Registration Portal. Refer to your handbook for instructions on completing this process
- Festival Registration: All participants in a Mainstage production must be registered for the Thespian Festival before adjudication.
Important Dates
October 1, 2026 — Last day to register a Mainstage production
November 6, 2026 — Last date for a production to be performed and adjudicated
November 7, 2026 — Mainstage show selections will be made at the State Board meeting
