* CONTINUING THIS YEAR- ALL ADULTS WISHING TO ATTEND THE ARIZONA THESPIAN FESTIVAL IS SUBJECT TO A BACKGROUND CHECK. REFUSAL TO CONSENT, NOT SUBMITTING THE CONSENT FORM BY THE DEADLINE OR FAILURE TO PASS THE BACKGROUND MEANS SAID ADULT MAY NOT ATTEND THE AZ THESPIAN FESTIVAL.

Exhibitor Booth Fees: (this includes colleges & universities)
$50.00 Application Fee
$175.00 Standard Booth Fee.
Reduced fees available for exhibitors presenting workshops.
If you require power at your booth:
$150.00 Standard 500W Power Fee.
$300.00 for 2000W (per power drop).
All payments can be sent to Arizona Thespians 7400 W. Bridle Trail Flagstaff, AZ 86001 or you can bring payment with you to the Festival. Checks and credit cards (for a service charge) are accepted.
LOAD IN AND LOAD OUT INFORMATION:
All exhibitors may begin loading in at 8:00 am on November 19. If you have larger items that are being used for your booth, you may drive them to the South Building loading dock on the east side of the convention center.
The exhibitor hall closes at 8:00 pm on Friday 11/19/21 And re-opens at 9:00am on 11/20/21
You may leave your items at your booth overnight, but you do so at your own discretion. Arizona Thespians and the Phoenix Convention Center are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
The exhibitor hall closes at 4:00 pm on Saturday 11/20/21. All items must be clear of the exhibitor hall by 6:00 pm.
