REGISTRATION OPENS NOVEMBER 15 AND CLOSES DECEMBER 13, 2024.
The Arizona Thespian Regional Acting Festivals locations scheduled as follows:
Central – CAFT – Mesa Community College (Dobson Campus)
East – EAFT – Desert Ridge High School
North – NAFT – Paradise Valley High School
South – SAFT – University of Arizona
West – WAFT – West-MEC Northwest Campus

$5.00 per Student per Individual/Group/Technical Event
$60.00 School Fee
SAFT, NAFT, CAFT, WAFT, EAFT registration deadline December 13, 2024
There are no changes after the deadline, drops will be allowed, however, there are no refunds.
Short Film submission is January 17, 2025. All films must be registered in the portal by December 13, 2024 to be considered. See the link below for your region.
Please take some time to read the rules for the IE’s as there may have been changes.
ALL SCHOOLS MUST STILL PROVIDE ONE JUDGE FOR EVERY FIVE INDIVIDUAL EVENTS.

2025 Region Festivals Schedule
Performance Standard Policy – must be on file for all published works. Please scan and email to your regional director.
Arizona Thespians Code of Conduct – all schools must bring a signed copy to the Regional Festival they are attending. You can have all your students sign the back of one sheet for your convenience.
BALLOTS Thespys Events 2024-2025 COMBINED – for the 2025 Festivals students do need to provide 3 copies of their ballots when they perform in their event.
AZT Registration Portal Handbook – this book will guide you through the registration process.
Appeal form – Troupe directors can fill out this form if they would like the committee to review a score. All protest must be turned in within one week of the day of the festival for consideration.
